Subprocessors

Seamind uses the subprocessors listed below to operate the Platform. Each processes personal data only on our behalf and on our instructions, under a written agreement that imposes data protection obligations consistent with our commitments to customers — including, where applicable, a standard of protection comparable to Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 and the EU/UK Standard Contractual Clauses.

Changes to this list
We will update this page before adding or replacing a subprocessor that processes customer personal data. Customers with a data processing agreement in place receive advance notice of changes in accordance with that agreement, and may subscribe to change notifications by emailing support@seamind.xyz.
