Trade built the world. Ships still carry it. Cities, empires and whole economies rose on what could be shipped and sold. Today the oil, grain, ore and containers behind almost everything you own still cross the ocean, on ships run by people working around the clock.

We are engineers and AI researchers who build alongside the people who are the backbone of world trade: masters and chief engineers, superintendents, crewing managers and the payroll teams who pay them. Their judgment, and the way work actually moves between a vessel and its office, is the foundation of everything we make.

Our name is the sea and the mind brought to it. We build AI agents that do real work for a fleet: planning crew changes, reading certificates, tracking defects, running payroll, and answering questions about the safety management system with the clause and the revision it came from.

We work with shipowners, ship managers and crewing offices, from a handful of vessels to large international fleets, and with the programmes around them, such as PIER71 in Singapore. Our customers use Seamind to keep their ships compliant, their crews paid and their offices ahead of the work.

Shipping runs 24x7. Conventions are amended, flag and port State regimes tighten, charterers raise their expectations, and every vessel sails a different route under different rules. Getting an answer right once is not enough. A system has to keep being right as the rules and the fleet change around it.

There is rarely a single right answer on a ship. A relief plan, a deferred repair or a rest-hour exception depends on the vessel, the voyage and the people on board. The reasoning matters as much as the decision, so we hold our agents to the standard of an experienced superintendent: every recommendation shows its source, and an answer that cannot explain itself is not good enough.

This is what we are building at Seamind: software that carries the weight of running a fleet, so the people at sea and ashore can do their best work, and every ship is safer for it, wherever it sails.
